  • A common setting is a city with debris and damage everywhere.
Common sound used:
  • Common types of sound that are used are ambient sound, dietetic sound, and dialogue between actors. These are used to grab the viewer's attention with ambient and diegetic sound and dialogue to show how actors work with each other.
Common editing techniques used:
  • Shot/reverse/shot is used to show characters dealing with their own situations
  • Jump cuts are used to jump from one activity to another

Some elements of this film that went well with my genre were the types of editing used because they show adventure very well to the viewer. I also felt the camera angles worked well with the genre because they got the focus of the genre and represented it well.

Some elements that I get were not that good were the props used and the setting. They are not commonly used throughout the genre but they are throughout the film so I felt it was not the best thing for the genre.
